**Exciting opportunity for a candidate with previous Reception experience**

An opportunity to work in beautiful offices in the heart of the West End within a well established friendly company is looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact providing an excellent front of house service and administrative support across the organisation

JOB ROLE: Receptionist

JOB TYPE: Temp - Perm

COMPANY: Property Company

HOURS: 9.00am -6.00pm

SALARY: £22,500

LOCATION: West End

CULTURE: Professional, confident and friendly personality

BENEFITS: 32 days Holiday including 8 Bank Holidays prorated, use of private gym & spa

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

  • Preparing meeting rooms and ensuring reception is always tidy and presentable
  • Meeting and greeting guests, directing them where necessary and announcing them appropriately, being courteous always, providing a VIP treatment
  • Operating the switch board include screening, answering incoming calls, connecting those calls through to staff, diverting to voicemails and taking telephone messages plus providing information when required
  • Booking couriers
  • Arranging all beverages on arrival of guests plus organising lunch meetings, ensuring tables are set to the highest standard with all necessary accompanying condiments and crockery
  • Maintaining security by following procedures and controlling access via the computer system for all visitors
  • Ad-hoc receptionist and administration duties

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • A degree or equivalent level qualification
  • Previous experience in a similar role or environment
  • Smart and professional appearance and manner
  • Methodical, organised and reliable
  • Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills
  • Friendly and a natural team player
  • Excellent communication skills including professional telephone manner
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
