Receptionist and Facilities Administrator

London Bridge

8:30AM - 6:00PM

Thursday and Friday

£12.00 per Hour

Are you an experienced Receptionist and Facilities Administrator who is looking to work two days a week within a specialist global consultancy based near London Bridge? This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional and experienced receptionist who would like to work part time hours, 2 days per week in a professional and friendly environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Deal with all telephone enquires in a professional and timely manner.
  • Act as first point of contact and provide front of house service to all internal and external visitors.
  • Issue Wi-Fi passes to guests.
  • Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers.
  • Preparation of outgoing mail and distribution of internal mail in a timely and effective.
  • Maintain and update the internal phone records of all employee contacts and job titles into the phone system.
  • Prepare daily visitors list for ground floor building security.
  • Ensure the reception area is kept clean/tidy/orderly at all times.
  • Process supplier invoices for payment including appropriate coding and raising of POs as
  • Provide general support to the Facilities team and on ad-hoc projects as required in providing a full service to the business.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience working on reception or within a facilities department
  • Able to exercise effective judgement, discretion, sensitivity and creativity to changing needs and situations
  • Able to multi-task, work under pressure and use own initiative
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft office and an aptitude for systems
