Client Account Manager - The Opportunity:

You will be tasked with the business critical responsibility of approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business whilst making repeat sales to the company's existing customers. Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts
  • Using contacts to generate new business
  • Maintaining good relationships with existing clients
  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
  • Represent the business at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations

Client Account Manager - About You:

  • Possess high levels of presentation, negotiation, and prospecting sales skills
  • High Energy Levels
  • Proven ability for sales planning / meeting sales goals
  • Confidence and a persuasive manner
  • B2B sales skills is a plus
  • Direct experience in the CCTV / Security Industry
