Lloyd Recruitment services are pleased to be working with a leading company based in the Haywards Heath area. There is currently a requirement for a Corporate Receptionist to join the team on a temporary basis on the following dates:

Dates: From 13th November for 1 - 2 weeks

8am - 5pm

The purpose of the post is to be the main receptionist for the Haywards Heath office.

The role will be the first person that visitors and clients see and meet, so it is important to be the face of the company and be welcoming at all times.

In addition to reception duties the post will be expected to carry out other desk based office administration duties as directed by the office co-ordinator/and EA.

Key responsibilities:

  • Meet & greet visitors and clients in reception
  • Maintain the visitors log for the benefit of the buildings security and emergency procedures
  • Operate the main switchboard in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Responsible for the front of house meeting rooms
  • Service management meeting arrangements
  • Booking catering facilities - organising lunches / events
  • Manage all authorised travel and accommodation bookings
  • Help manage internal communications
  • Help with ad hoc administrative tasks as directed by the EA department
  • Monitor car park bookings
  • Help with Social and Charity projects
  • Co-ordinate activities with the London reception for when that site is busy
  • Carry out general administration duties as directed by the office co-ordinator or EA

Hourly rate of £8.50 - £9.00 per hour DOE
