Job Description:

This highly regarded City based firm are seeking a personable and proactive Receptionist to join their team.

Acting as first point of contact for the London office, as well as dealing with calls for other UK offices, duties of the Receptionist will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring that Reception is always maintained to the highest standards
  • Booking meeting rooms and arranging meeting requirements, to include refreshments
  • Managing post, deliveries and couriers
  • Working closely with building concierge and security
  • Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as required, such as client mail outs

Receptionist - what we're looking for:

  • Previous experience working as a Corporate Receptionist is essential
  • Experience of undertaking additional administrative tasks is also required
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels
  • Experience with room booking systems, set up of video conferencing etc, is preferred
  • A proactive attitude with good problem solving skills
