Front of House Receptionist - £15ph - £16ph plus holiday pay SE London

Start ASAP - For 3 weeks initially

Are you an experienced Receptionist who is always ready to welcome visitors with a smile and provide professional Front of House support? If you can offer an excellent Front of House and hospitality standard, please get in touch.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Issuing and logging security passes
  • Ordering of catering/lunches
  • Booking meeting rooms and diary management of room calendar
  • Managing room set up arrangements
  • Monitoring hospitality /front of house supplies (drinks, biscuits, notepads etc.)
  • Ensuring an excellent front of house and hospitality standard

THE PERSON

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the processes and operational requirements of a reception
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Able to provide outstanding customer service
  • A high standard of interpersonal skills
  • Highly efficient
  • Excellent personal presentation
