Receptionist/Customer Support Assistant

Kidderminster

Monday - Friday 09:00am - 5:30pm

£18,000 per annum

About Our Client

My client, a leading organisation within their industry is currently seeking a Receptionist/Customer Support Assistant to join their team on a Permanent basis. They have a strong team ethic and are looking for somebody to share their passion in driving the business forward.

Job Description

Based at the (Kidderminster) office working within a team you will be responsible for the following:-

• Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls

• Maintain office security by controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

• Sorting and distributing incoming post

• Dealing with outgoing post

• Offering refreshments to visitors

• Ordering stationery

• Scanning/photocopying/printing/filing as required

• Preparing warranty reports for monthly board meeting

• Sending and receipting warranty letters and confirmations

• Registering new build systems for warranty

• Provide FIT System support for home owners and enquiries

• Deal with customer service enquiries

• Crete user manuals for installations

• Assist the sales department and operations department with ad hoc duties.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong administration skills and work ethic.

• Flexible approach to a variety of work

• You must be resilient and Self motivated

• With high attention to detail and able use common sense.

• Excellent IT skills

• Remain calm under pressure as it can be a pressurised fast paced environment.

• Confident and enthusiastic

• Excellent telephone manner.

• A team player, as well as the ability to work independently
