Job Description:

Our client based in the beauty sector are looking for an experienced and bubbly receptionist to join their growing team on a temporary basis.

The successful candidate will have excellent administrative, organisational and IT skills, and the ability to deal confidently and professionally with people at all levels both within and outside the organisation.

You will be part of a small dynamic team and need to be able to manage a challenging and varied workload with the ability to prioritise work pro-actively using your own initiative.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors and service personnel.
  • Issue and retrieve day security passes in a timely manner.
  • Maintain common spaces and check the work of cleaners against agreed specification.
  • Direct incoming telephone calls to the relevant person.
  • Field general telephone and visitor inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Manage meeting room requests and coordinate and manage meeting room bookings and monitor their use
  • Place orders to various service providers and raise purchase orders.
  • Prepare meeting rooms as necessary
  • Prepare incoming and outgoing post.
  • Coordinate refreshments and catering for events.
  • Support management with administrative tasks on an ad hoc basis.
