Receptionist

Location: Uxbridge

Salary: £20,000 -22,000 per annum - Temp to perm

We are currently looking to recruit a receptionist on behalf of our client in West London. Do you have corporate reception experience? If this sounds like you APPLY NOW!!!!

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet all visitors as the initial point of contact for the business
  • Ensure all visitors sign in and are issued with a Visitors Pass
  • Escort visitors to the appropriate person or arrange for the visitor to be collected from Reception
  • Answer the intercom for the building and car park barrier promptly and professionally
  • Ensure the Reception and your work area is always tidy and secure
  • Post/Deliveries
  • Receive all deliveries and liaise with the relevant department to direct delivery drivers to the correct location
  • Accept and sign for small packages and post items
  • Notify the relevant person that items are ready for collection and keep items safe and secure until collected
  • Ensure all post is processed daily
  • Ensure any items not collected are placed away securely and notify the relevant manager
  • Car Park Management
  • Allow access to authorised vehicles only by operating the control barrier
  • Issue permit car parking passes and update the database
  • Direct vehicles to park appropriately
  • Contact owners of cars that may have parked inappropriately or are required to move their vehicle
  • Carry out patrols of the Car Park as and when required
  • In emergency situations, prevent non-emergency vehicles access to the site and direct Emergency Services to
  • the right location/manager on arrival
  • Assist with directing on-site traffic at peak times and shift change-overs and when there are works taking place
  • Security
  • Monitor and review CCTV when required
  • Complete Incident Reports as and when required
  • Control general access to the car park and premises
  • Facilities Support
  • Report any safety concerns, damage and repairs required to the appropriate manager
