As Store Manager working at our Orpington store, your prime responsibility will be to manage our Store to deliver sales, margin and net profitability. Reporting to our Regional Retail Manager, in a role encompassing people management and the sales activities of your store team your key responsibilities will include:


• Providing excellent customer service
• Delivery of the sales and marketing activity plan
• Delivering outstanding audit compliance
• Accountability for the health and safety of your team and security and cash management of the Store

To apply for this Store Manager role, you'll need a proven retail/trade track record, where you've developed the ability to manage and motivate a sales team, through leadership, coaching and development. With real customer service expertise and well-developed selling and merchandising skills, you have a commercial and entrepreneurial style, supported by excellent communication skills. A Driving Licence is essential for this position.

The working hours for the store are MON-FRI 08:00 - 17:00 and Saturday 9am - 1pm.
