37 hours per week

Temporary - 6 months

£15,837 per annum pro rata

Location of position - Dearne Valley Campus

About the role.

The Audit Assistant role is a key part of our Management Information Services team, dealing with the compliance and administration of college data. If you are looking for an opportunity in which you can develop your career in data administration, then this could be the perfect role for you. The role is critical and the post-holder will work as part of the Audit team and contribute to the effective delivery of a high quality audit and compliance service. It will include robust desk-based sampling of documentation throughout the academic year, working closely with academic and support staff to ensure that an accurate and responsive service is provided.

Through a proactive, enthusiastic and customer focused approach you will help the College achieve our mission to provide skills for the future of our students and community, through outstanding teaching and learning. Your work will ultimately lead to increased data accuracy which supports the financial stability of the College, plus the positive development of the College reputation.

Have you got what it takes?

We are looking for energetic, innovative, flexible individuals who are fully committed to the role. You will need to have relative experience and ideally have worked in the Further Education sector. You should Level 2 English & Maths qualification or equivalent.
