Information:

• Position: Duel role – Corporate Security and CCTV Controller/Operator
• Location: West London (W4 5), a corporate building in a business park
• Report to: Team Leader/ Site Manager; (working in a team of 15 security officers, 6 officers at a time)
• Pay Rate: £14.14 per hour after  3 months’ probation;  totalling to £37 - 44k + per annum;  Double Pay on Bank Holidays
• Shifts: 6 weeks’ rotation pattern  – 5 weeks of Days & 1 week of Nights
• Hours: 48-60 hours per week, 7am- 7pm, 12hrs shifts

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

•       Must have a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
•       Must have a valid CCTV Operators Licence
•       Must have the right to work in the UK.
•       Fully comprehensive 5-year work/unemployment/education history screen-able to BS7858
•       Must have demonstrable experience working in a similar role in high-profile / high-footfall environments
•       Have a high level of self-presentation
•       Be punctual and reliable
•       Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
•       Excellent interpersonal skills
•       The ability to work proactively and use intuition
•       Have a keen attention to detail

•       Previous security control room experience
•       Experience operating CCTV and access control systems. Experience with C-Cure 9000 would be an advantage.
Ability to commute/relocate:
•       West London, W4 5YB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) only applicants whose travelling time (door to door) won’t exceed 1 hour 15 min will be considered for this role
 
Responsibilities:

•       Operation of the control room security systems in a professional manner
•       Monitoring CCTV and remote monitoring systems
•       Operation of access control systems
•       Security incident management and response
•       Monitoring offices across EMEA
•       Responding to emergency situations in a professional manner
•       Liaise with emergency services when required
•       Produce comprehensive written incident reports
•       Manage crisis situations in a confident and calm manner
•       Monitor and activate access control systems
•       Patrolling
•       Front-of-House
Working as part of a dedicated team (15 staff) you will be overseeing a range of systems including: CCTV, Access control, remote monitoring and alarm systems. You will monitor the clients’ offices across certain regions/countries, assess security threats, respond to incidents and other day to day corporate security duties; provide security of the building and its personnel, patrolling, front-of-house etc.
