Job Description:

Receptionist/Admin Assistant required in Wandsworth. (TEMP) £10 per hour.

Your new company
You will be working for a renowned organisation that covers one of the largest London boroughs and commissions services with a registered population of 370,000. You will be involved in planning, commissioning and monitoring health services as of many daily duties. Your company will provide a diverse range of care settings such as primary, community, secondary, and mental health being an integral part of the local community.

Your new role
In this role, you will be providing full Receptionist and Administration services. This includes:
- Maintaining a high standard and keeping professional at all times.
- Providing a welcoming service, as well as dealing with all enquiries adequately.
- Managing booking system for car park.
- Ensuring visitors sign in and out for security purposes.
- Responding to general queries and complaints, efficiently and courteously.
- Providing comprehensive office facility services such as dealing with phone calls, responding to emails, sort incoming posts, printing and photocopying documents, and sorting relevant trays in post room.
- Receive and sign for deliveries.
- Ensuring Meeting rooms are clean as well as making sure sufficient drink supplies are available in each room.
- Responsible for monitoring appropriate stationary and office supplies, as well as ordering replacements when required.
- Arrange for service engineers as and when required.
- Manage hot desk booking system.
- Undertake any other duties as designated by your manager that are consistent with the responsibilities.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role you will need excellent time management skills in order to allow yourself enough time to complete all daily tasks. You would need previous receptionist and admin experience. You will also need exceptional organisational skills in order to ensure all tasks are completed to a mandatory standard. This will involve being confident with Microsoft Office and easily adaptable to Online Systems/Databases which will be needed to complete admin responsibilities.
