Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a Receptionist (Part-time) for a prestigious legal business in Leeds.

Client Details

Our client is leading legal business in Leeds City Centre, the business is looking to recruit Receptionist (Part-time).

Description

Receptionist (Part-time) - Leeds

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients in a professional manner, delivering a 5 star client experience
  • Coordinate all meeting room bookings, processing incoming telephone and e-mail requests including catering and AV requirements
  • Liaison with catering, facilities, and maintenance teams to ensure the smooth provision of services to the meeting rooms
  • Monitor housekeeping standards and ensure that all client areas are kept tidy and presentable
  • Ensure prompt liaison with facilities team for the collection of packages, deliveries etc
  • Booking taxis
  • Administrative tasks, including reconciliation of catering charges and statistical reporting
  • Answer all calls, both internal and external, and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Ensure that all meeting rooms are correctly set up ready for each meeting. Rooms should be cleared down from the previous meeting, clean and tidy, with the correct catering and equipment ready for the start of the meeting
  • Support Client Services Coordinator in setting up AV services, including video conferences and presentations
  • Ensure all meeting rooms are properly equipped with stationery and up-to-date information such as telephone lists and AV guides.
  • Support the coverage of the Ground Floor Reception. Ensuring security protocols are followed.
  • Adhere to all firm wide policies and procedures
  • Be conversant with the firms Health & Safety, Evacuation and Business Continuity Plan policies
  • Undertake other duties as required by the Client Services Team Leader

Profile

The asuccessful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a corporate environment is essential
  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Effective communicator at all levels
  • Capable of establishing immediate rapport
  • Ability to handle conflicting demands and/or challenging pressures for resources
  • Capable of working autonomously but also operating within a team environment
  • Proven organisational skills
  • Computer literate

Job Offer

Salary £20,000 (pro rata salary - 2 days), Leeds City Centre, 25 days holiday plus generous benefits package.
