Ongoing Temporary Senior Administrator role in Cambridge with competitive hourly rate and parking on site

Your new company
My client, a Cambridge based NHS organisation, are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join on a full time, temporary ongoing basis. This role requires a fairly immediate start and will be ongoing for the next few months.

Your new role
Within your new role, responsibilities include, but aren't limited too:

  • Writing and creating documents and correspondence as per instruction
  • Updating company databases and data entry
  • Booking appointments and meeting rooms
  • Answering incoming calls and taking messages
  • Any other adhoc administrative duties as per managers digression
  • Act as the first point of contact for dealing with any visitors and staff.
  • Managing the reception desk and security procedures
  • Provide day-to-day administration and some dictation may be required.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you will have previous administration experience and customer service skills. You will demonstrate a hardworking and professional approach to your work, with the ability to work as part of a team. You will also be proficient in multiple IT software. This role requires the successful candidate to be comfortable around distressing information and being exposed to difficult circumstances due to the nature of where you would be based.

What you'll get in return
This is a full time position, offering standard office working hours working 9-5 pm Monday-Friday with the hourly rate being £10.68, there is parking on site and there is also great public transport links to get there.
