Job Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist for a temp to perm position based in Helston.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work within a fantastic organisation and has the potential to lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.

The working hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)

General Duties;

  • Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone answering or referring inquiries.
  • Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
  • Maintaining security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support to the team.
  • Open and distribute post and paperwork, recording on appropriate documentation.

Our client is only looking for candidates that have has previous experience within a similar role within the last two years.
