Job Description:

Part-time job share, 2 days per week - Thursday and Friday between the hours of 8am-4.30pm (non negotiable).

The Role

The Receptionist at Record will be a first point of contact for our business, greeting visitors and dealing with incoming telephone enquiries. However, much of the day-to-day work will be ensuring that the office is a pleasant and fully functional working environment for all employees and visitors. Our small numbers of visitors are the most important part of this role and when they are here, they need to be the upmost priority. Any additional day to day actions will be delegated and advised by the 'Monday to Wednesday' Receptionist.

Requirements

This role will require someone who is confident finding practical solutions to a wide variety of office-based challenges when they arise, and we are looking for someone who will take the initiative to pre-empt the needs of employees and visitors on a day to day basis.

Experience in a business environment is a must, and this could be in either a receptionist or office administrator role. Individuals with a proven track record of dealing with tasks both regular and unexpected are strongly preferred. This role requires an individual who is content with a quiet reception but also has the ability to multi task, be a quick thinker and be proactive when visitors are in the office and when required.

Record Currency Management

Record Currency Management is an established, independent currency manager based in central Windsor. We are a relatively small business of around 80 employees, with an open-plan office designed to encourage collaboration.

Record will offer you a package including a Bonus, Pension, Private Medical cover, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Permanent Health Insurance, Medical Health Assessment, 25 days holiday (pro-rated), and a number of other benefit options such as a subsidised gym membership and a Share Incentive plan.
