Main Purpose of the Job

The successful candidate will be the nominated Health & Safety Officer for Seven Asset Management Ltd, and will be required to take responsibility for the management and delivery of pre-set Driver CPC, First Aid and AED, and Health & Safety courses at customers' premises.

Main Duties

* Be the designated Health & Safety Officer for Seven Asset Management, to include all aspects of Health & Safety, including the scheduling of all required Health & Safety, First Aid and AED as well as driver courses as necessary ensuring sufficient staff are trained

* Take overall responsibility for the Driver CPC Training function

* Prepare and oversee the Driver CPC training course in a professional and precise manner

* Manage and approve all course content and the release of new courses

* Ensure customer feedback is kept to the highest standard

* Ensure the Company is compliant with JAUPT guidelines

* Ensure customer satisfaction at all times

* Maintain and improve profitability of the department

* Source and set up training locations throughout the UK

* Carry our registration and training and handout evaluation forms

* Carry out Health & Safety evaluations on premises

* Hold and chair regular meetings reporting to individual Managing Directors

Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise the Training team in delivering the various courses that Seven Training provides to its customers through the use of our own trainers, associates or approved SUD contractors.

Further Duties

* Research given subjects

* Submit written reports

* Ensure you are informed of any changes relating to legislation covered within the Driver CPC course

* Due to the nature of the position and the requirement to deliver training courses, travel UK wide will be required on ocassion.

Qualifications

* Level 3 Award in Education and Training (Replaces PTLLS) (Essential)

* Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (Replaces CTLLS) (preferable)

* Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training (Replaces DTLLS) (preferable)

* Fire Marshal Level 1

* First Aid at Work (delivery of training)

* C1 Licence

* JAUPT Approved Trainer Qualification

This is a full time position, based in our Ipswich Head Office. There will be occasions where you are required to travel to courses and customer sites.
