Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has become available within the utilities industry for my client based in Oxford.
This role may suit candidates with experience in the following roles - Driver, Multi Drop Driving, Delivery Driver and Meter Reader, Courier Driver and Van Driver.
Role:
The role requires you to deploy and retrieve small metal devices called noise logging devices within a set geographical area for water companies.
The day to day duties include deploying the devices onto fire hydrants and water valves and normally 80-100 loggers deployed per day.
You will be responsible for retrieving the devices 24 hrs later and downloading information onto a PDA device to see what results have been captured and the process repeated.
This is a manual job which will involve lifting, stretching and bending and experience of driving long hours is beneficial.
On the job training will be given and after this has been completed the right individual would be expected to work on their own from instructions from the client.
This role is 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri).
Requirements:
* A valid Street works and Water Hygiene certificate would be advantageous however, full renewal/training will be given
* You are required to drive for the role and must hold a full and valid driving licence
* Willingness to learn and an enthusiastic approach)
