Receptionist - 6 month FTC

£25-27,000

Our client, an App company based in St Pauls are currently recruiting for a Receptionist on a 6 month FTC basis. The firm have never had a Receptionist before so the longer term plan is undecided however the role could potentially go permanent further down the line. Working hours will be Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm, exact working hours are to be confirmed but will be 37.5 hours per week. The client is very relaxed and are looking for someone warm, bubbly, engaging and with a real flexible attitude. You will be happy to get involved and not shy away at any tasks requested by the EA's and HR Manager. Duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients when events/meetings are scheduled
  • Answer and transfer calls to the relevant person
  • Collect post
  • Order fruit basket for the office and deliver to the kitchen
  • Managing 7 meeting rooms via Outlook
  • Ensure meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy at all times
  • Ordering refreshments & stationery for meetings
  • Ordering catering requirements for meetings (i.e. Pret)
  • Organising monthly company drinks/events
  • Booking travel requirements
  • Assisting with accounts and managing expenses
  • Assistance with the pending office move
  • Ordering office furniture
  • Managing visitor passes
