Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join a fun and friendly team situated in modern offices and working within a successful company.

The role will involve:

  • Reception duties- Meeting and greeting clients, answering the telephone
  • Managing email boxes
  • Manage and arrange all services and maintenance for the offices and grounds ensuring equipment and safety checks are up to date
  • Book training sessions and arrange staff lunches
  • Manage company cars, book MOT's, repairs and servicing etc
  • Sort and distribute post
  • IT and printer management
  • Manage and update company insurances, calendars and address books
  • Update all business and management files as required
  • Assist Office and Accounts Manager where necessary, including invoicing/ tracking payments

For this position you must have your own transport due to location.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9.30am - 6pm

This is a permanent position paying between £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience
