Our client based out of Warwickshire are actively seeking a Internal Application Sales Engineer with technical experience to join their growing application team.

The Internal Application Sales Engineer requirements:

This technical/commercial role would suit a confident individual who has a Thermal Engineering education

You should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant background within the heat exchange (or similar) market.

This role is for someone who wishes to extend her/his engineering knowledge into other related fields. You must aspire to develop and improve within the position.

You must be able to show experience in contributing directly to achieve and exceed sales targets.

You are required to have a comprehensive understanding of industry-standard software, such as ASPEN and HTRI.

This position requires considerable interaction with peers, suppliers and clients. You must, therefore, have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

You'll need to be able to work as part of a team, but also alone.

A clean UK driving license is essential.

The Internal Application Sales Engineer will have the following responsibilities:

You'll develop solutions and conclusions for a range of enquiries.

A significant part of the role is to closely work with clients both to develop the best solutions and to gain the clients' trust and confidence.

You will be expected to review incoming client enquiries - identifying those likely to be successful. You will be responsible for progressing enquiries by formulating a suitable commercial offer and negotiating a conclusion in line with company targets, budgets and aspirations.

The successful Internal Application Sales Engineer will ideally possess a working knowledge of the manufacturing/fabrication industry.
