Zachary Daniels are recruiting for an area manager role covering the M4 corridor (Bristol to Reading) for a growing business with an outstanding reputation in their sector.

The role

You will lead 12-15 sites with full responsibility for the teams, financial and strategy across your area. Our client is highly service-led and places their customers best interests at the centre of everything they do.

The candidate

You will be an area manager with experience of managing a clinical professional in a commercial setting, eg. dentists, vets, optometrists, pharmacists, etc (this is a non-negotiable requirement), you'll also need:

  • Business acumen - with the ability to make commercial decisions based on data analysis
  • To be an excellent communicator and a great coach
  • A 'can-do' attitude - advocating and championing change
  • To be capable of meeting deadlines under pressure
  • To be able to build excellent relationships with your teams and customers

The package

Basic salary is negotiable dependent on experience, there's also a market-leading benefits package.
