School administrator / Receptionist

Your new company

Hays Education are looking for candidates who would be interested in being administrators and receptionists for schools based in Warwickshire. We are calling out to candidates who have had previous experience working within administration, particularly in the Education sector.

Your new role

You will be working under the School Office Manager to help provide effective management of the school's telephone systems and general reception duties. Working hours are predominantly between 8am till 4pm Monday to Friday. Hays offer flexible rates of pay depending on your experience and the type of work you are looking for.

What you'll need to succeed

We are calling for skilled administrators with previous experience of working within a school environment. DBS checks and safeguarding knowledge are essential to work in any of our Education Support Service based roles. Prior use or knowledge of the SIMs software is essential. Use of other common bespoke school systems such as, CMIS, and Integris to input and update student and staff data is desirable. Strong communication, IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages are essential.
