Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a retail manager to ensure the smooth running of a well established charity shop based in Walsall. This is a permanent position offering 30 hours per week split over 4 days and paying £8.50ph.. The purpose of the role is to be responsible for all aspects of the charity shop, including staff, volunteers, customer service, stock management, financial records, administration, compliance with current legislation and promoting the work of the Charity. You will be required to work to budgeted sales targets and will be expected to control shop expenditure.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1: Sales

2: Shop Premises

3: Trading hours

4: Staffing

5: Stock

6: Stock Generation

7: Administration and Financial Procedures

8: Regulations

9: Campaigns/Promoting the brand

10: Ad-hoc duties

WORKING HOURS & SALARY:-

30 hours per week split over 7 days

£8.50 per hour / £13,260 per annum
