Job Description:

Varied and busy Reception role - based in a fantastic office and joining and fun and welcoming team.

The role involves;

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Acting as first point of contact for all general office enquiries.
  • Booking guests into their system
  • Booking and scheduling meetings
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Receiving/distributing all post
  • Liaising with suppliers and building contacts.
  • Filling/scanning
  • Maintaining and ordering office stationary and food/teas and coffees
  • Ordering business cards
  • Ad hoc admin duties

Skills/attributes

  • Well presented and strong communication skills
  • Build relationships with ease
  • Experience/knowledge of working in a reception role.
  • Super personable and professional
