About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to join a fantastic Retail who are looking for a CRM Analyst to help deliver effective customer and market insight and analysis. Reporting directly into the CRM Manager you will be working in a team of four and help provide insight into effective customer engagement which will lead to maximising spend and marketing impact. Working closely with the Marketing team you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, liaising with a number of different departments across the company.

The right person will have technical experience of data segmentation, ideally within a Retail or Ecommerce based company. The latest methods available to judge a project and be able to set company benchmarks to judge success for all digital marketing. This is a fantastic position for an ambitious and driven Analyst who is looking to develop and grow into the company.
