One of London's leading investment consultancies are seeking a highly polished and professional Receptionist to cover their busy Front of House desk on a temporary basis for one week, Friday 8th - Thursday 14th March. Please note, you must be available Thursday 7th March for a half-day to handover.

Your duties:

  • Meeting and greeting all internal and external visitors
  • Using MS Outlook to manage meeting rooms and bookings
  • Answering incoming phone calls and inbox management
  • Document management - Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
  • Ad-hoc administration when required

You will be an articulate and well-presented Receptionist with preferably experience in a financial setting, who can uphold the high standards of this consultancy's reputation. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and time management skills are essential, in addition to a meticulous work ethic. You must be confident with Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint, as well as be able to work autonomously and manage a busy front desk.
