Job Description:

Aspire Cambridge are recruiting two Customer Service Executives on behalf of our client based in Godmanchester, Cambridgeshire.

These are full-time, permanent positions and it is vital the candidates has experience of dealing with customers over the telephone and order processing so good attention to detail is key. The role requires a highly capable and experienced customer service executive who goes the extra mile for customers.

Abilities required for the role:

To work as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise workloads
Work to deadlines
Attention to detail
Work in a fast-paced environment ideally in a call centre or customer service team
Clear and confident telephone manner

Relevant experience:

Solid work history in customer service
Good time keeping skills
A sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Strong experience of multitasking
Experience of sales order processing

Job Duties:

Order Processing
Handling complaints and returns
Completing Admin Duties Log
Managing Customer Projects
Any other reasonable management requests

Start: ASAP
Location: Godmanchester, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Salary: £19,500 to £23, 500 (dependent on experience)
