Senior Maintenance Administrator - Full-time

We currently have an amazing opportunity to join our Property team as Senior Maintenance Administrator at our support centre based at Hams Hall, Coleshill.

About The Role
As an Senior Maintenance Administrator, you will need to assist the Property department in all administrative duties to ensure that an efficient and effective operation is delivered to the business and suppliers in order to achieve Company strategy and objectives. This will include;

  • Supervise the Maintenance Team:
    • Overseeing the day to day running of the team.
    • Offering support and advice on maintenance queries.
    • Ensuring maintenance requests logged by stores are actioned promptly and correctly by the team.
    • Completing the payroll rota, accurately monitoring any absence or holidays.
  • Administration duties for new store openings, store closures, rebrands and refits - including:
    • Producing purchase orders, checking and authorising invoices.
    • Liaising with Project Managers/Contractors regarding fittings for new stores, ordering fittings accordingly and ensuring delivery for handover dates.
    • Setting up/cancelling services for new stores & closures i.e. Fire Risk Assessments, asbestos surveys/audits, window cleans, waste collections etc.
    • Liaising with the New Store Development Managers - ensuring everything is in place for store openings.
    • Ensuring cost efficiency by monitoring Capex spend and providing monthly reports.
    • Adhoc duties to support the Property Team

What we are looking for in you:

  • Minimum twelve months experience in a property environment essential
  • Knowledge of Fire Regulations 2005
  • Competent in Health & safety Awareness
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Flexible, with the ability to multi-task
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of team and also on own initiative
  • Competent in the use of MS Office including Excel
  • Ability to learn and use in-house computer packages
