Reception Role Based In St Helens Paying Up To £18000 Depending On Experience

Your new company
You will be working for a company based in St Helens

Your new role
You will be responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner, ensuring everyone is signed in an out. Booking in meeting rooms and ensuring they are prepared, booking in travel and accommodation for employees, you will also be responsible for providing admin support to the team when needed, this will include data inputting onto systems typing up documentation and letters and scanning, filing and photocopying.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience within a reception and administration role. Be highly organised and have the ability to multitask and have knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint
