Mercury Talent are delighted to be recruiting for a rare opportunity for a corporate Receptionist/ Facilities Co-ordinator for a global FMCG brand. This receptionist /facilities co-ordinator role comes with an extensive benefits package including Private Medical, Free Parking, Lunch that is subsidised, Extensive Social programme, Free breakfast, 25 days holiday access to a gym.

The Role of Receptionist/ Facilities Co-ordinator

  • Managing extensive Meeting room planning and booking , company Parking and Events and Facilities and Logistics
  • Meeting and greeting Clients providing a Customer Excellence at all times
  • Managing and setting up Meeting rooms with a clear understanding of Audio Visual , Projection Equipment.
  • Responsible for the security and issuing of all security passes for employees and and visitors to reception
  • Answering the the busy reception switchboard
  • Managing the documents and setting up of list of telephone extensions both new and changes
  • Maintaining the image and appearance of the reception area and other common areas within this large corporate office.
  • Issuing parking permits and maintaining a log
  • Arranging in house catering for meetings held within the corporate head office
  • Responsible for making sure all health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Booking Meeting rooms for Staff and Visitors
  • Reporting all maintenance and faults to the Facilities Lead
  • Help to arrange company events as well as active participation
  • Providing and Outstanding Reception Service to this prestigious corporate company

About you

  • You will be a ambassador for this corporate company
  • You present a professional and corporate image
  • You will have previous experience as a receptionist, facilities coordinator , events management or personal assistant in a large corporate company
  • You will be articulate and organised with ability to maintain and focussed and friendly service
  • You will be highly professional who is self motivated and takes pride and ownership of their responsibilities
  • You will have Intermediate skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • You will have a proactive can do attitude
  • You will be able to work independently but also be a team player
