After listening to our clients, we have introduced a so-called "Fixed Fee Recruitment Service", which we also call "I-RECRUIT-FOR-YOU". It is aimed at those employers who are too busy to get involved into posting their jobs and dealing with the response by reading numerous CVs (quite often not relevant), checking availability of SIA licences, appropriate experience level, proximity to the site in question etc, scheduling interviews and communicating with the candidates.

Our Fixed Fee Recruitment service will manage your hiring process from start to finish and ensure that you only have to deal with the most serious applicants.

The Fixed Fee Recruitment service covers the following 3 steps:

1. Job Description
You provide a full vacancy listing to match your requirements; and advise us on relevant screening questions to be set up by us, with an aim to reduce irrelevant CVs;
  1. We post the vacancy at SJC123.co.uk and send you a hyperlink for approval. (All jobs posted at SJC will also appear on Google Jobs, a fairly new feature offered by Google).
  2. To attract better candidates, we re-post the vacancy and run a targeted advertising campaign on one of the best premium paid job-boards and all social media platforms.
The Itemised fee is £35 + VAT.

2. CV Filtering and forwarding
  1. We review every applicant to ensure that you will only see the most suitable candidates.
  2. We provide you with a summary report in excel showing names, phone numbers, location, education level and other requirements based on the screening questions agreed with you.
  3. We send you this together with the filtered CVs for you to advise us whom to invite for an interview. 
The Itemised fee is £45 + VAT.

3. Interview Scheduling and Offers & Regrets
  1. You provide the venue details, times and dates, and we contact, brief and schedule the candidates for a face to face interview with you. 
  2. Based on your instructions, we make offers to successful candidates and inform unsuccessful candidates if they are not right for the role. 
The Itemised fee is £45 + VAT.
The Fixed Fee Service, "I-RECRUIT-FOR-YOU" will cost you £125 + Vat. Offered on credit terms, our invoice will be due as soon as the candidate accepts your job offer.

One great low-cost rate, regardless of the role that you’re recruiting for! We won’t take percentages of salary like a traditional recruitment agency, and there are no hidden costs.
Please note, due to a very competitive package we are offering, our role is understood to be finished at the stage where the candidate has accepted your job offer. We do not hold ourselves liable in case your newly hired candidate chooses to leave the position. Since we do not offer a candidate replacement, a brand new campaign needs to be agreed and arranged.
