In October 2012 Allied Facilities Ltd became the new company name of Eagle Hoburne Security Services Ltd following the successful acquisition of Allied Facilities.Com Ltd in January 2012. In essence, the company operates exactly as it did prior to the name change with the same management structure and team in place.

The company was founded in 1981 and incorporated in 1986 by the current chairman – Peter Baker. Allied Facilities Ltd is one of the largest private independent security companies in the south. Operating in a well established industry, we have built our reputation by delivering quality services to hundreds of businesses across southern England during our 30+ year’s existence. We pride ourselves with being among the market leaders in our areas of expertise.

In more recent times, 'facilities management' accounts for an increasing percentage of the overall services offered by Allied Facilities. This is partly due to the downturn in the economy requiring tighter control of out-sources facilities by heads of companies.
