Job Description:

West London College (WLC) is looking for a skilled and industry experienced Facilities Sales Administrator to join the college in delivering an excellent service. If you are driven, enthusiastic and committed to ensuring an outstanding experience for the learners we serve and provide opportunities to our College and surrounding communities we would love to hear from you.

The Role

The successful candidate will provide support with the sales and promotion of the college facilities and administrative / operational support for bookings and facility hire activities, working towards a clear KPI to maximise income from the College estate. You will generate interest in lettings of the College estate through sales and promotional activities and provide excellent customer service support to ensure the needs of our customers are met.

You will work closely with employers, either directly or through the BDA team to promote the College estate, implementing sales and marketing activities to generate interest in commercial lettings. This role will require you to follow up sales leads and generated by the Business Development Consultants in relation to facility hire or lettings and you will be expected to attend internal and external meetings related to facility lettings and events as required

The Person

You will be an enthusiastic and dedicated team player with experience of administering commercial activity along with a clear understanding of sales support processes and procedures. You will have drive, energy and enthusiasm to work flexibly in a changing and challenging environment. It is essential that you are flexible and adaptable in your approach with the ability to build effective working relationships with customers at all times during their engagement. The successful candidate will have the ability to plan and manage own work load, achieve agreed targets and objectives and evaluate outcomes.

Salary: £21,890 - £24,192
