Receptionist / Administrator

Elstree, Herts

To £24,000

Due to location, car owner and driver is essential

Our client is looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to provide front line Reception support and undertake administration support. The role reports to the HR and Training Manager.

Duties include :

Providing the team with administrative / secretarial tasks

Assisting the Finance team with Ad hoc tasks

Diary Management, scheduling meetings and travel, appointments and co ordinating diaries

Reconciliation of expenses

Assist in organising company conferences and events

Greeting Visitors

Receiving and screening phone calls

Receiving and screening incoming post and distributing within the Business

Arranging couriers and checking courier invoices

The successful candidate is likely to have had similar experience, have Microsoft Office skills especially Word and Excel, be discreet in handling confidential issues, and have genuine interest in providing support in a team role.
