About The Role

What you'll be doing:

  • Working in our head office to promote a positive company image as the first point of contact
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors and helping with their needs
  • You'll help to deal with the company post and allocate it to relevant departments
  • You'll work closely with the Accounts department and help to log financial entries
  • Helping to arrange internal and external meeting rooms
  • Arranging accommodation for any staff travel

What you'll need - skills and experience:

  • Significant experience as a Receptionist
  • Presentable and well groomed
  • Exceptional customer service and telephone manner
  • Confident, enthusiastic, friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help anyone
  • Excellent organisational and diary management skills
