Job Description:

Are you available immediately to begin a THREE MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT? We require your experience within a reception based role to join this professional services firm within Leeds City Centre. You will also assist in supporting the Secretarial team. Typing and client facing skills are a must. This role could be extended after the initial 3 month period also.

THIS ROLE IS A 3 MONTH FIXED TERM ROLE AND REQUIRES YOUR FULL COMMITMENT (IT COULD BE EXTENDED)

Salary: £22,000 pro rata

Duties:

  • Diary and room bookings
  • Travel arrangements
  • Processing invoices
  • Preparing reports and board packs
  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
  • This is a busy and varied role where no two days will be the same
  • You will be based between Reception and the back office and you will work closely with the wider secretarial team

We'd like to see evidence on your CV of your attention to detail - are you good at picking-up on spelling mistakes, spotting an incorrect date etc? Working knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook. Finally, excellent communication skills are also essential as you will be speaking to people face-to-face, on the telephone and via email.
