Joining Sales and Marketing Division as Project Business Lead (Retail and Contact Centre Systems), you work with the IT delivery teams to ensure that Contact Centre and Retail IT systems meet business requirements in functionality, quality and ease of use and with the Implementation Lead to prepare the business for the technology change and transition to new processes, tools and behaviours.

What you will be doing

Reporting into the Head of Business Systems Support for the Contact Centre and Retail you will be responsible for defining and signing off business requirements to ensure technical solution meets business needs. You will identify required process and behaviour changes and ensure they are embedded into the operation. You will scope user acceptance testing for the Business and ensure solutions meets the functionality, quality and performance expected by the business and ensure that the technology changes are effectively integrated into the business

An important pat of the role will be preparing the business area (operations) for the transition to new ways of working, potentially with new processes, tools and behaviours along with monitoring business operations capacity to cope with the level of change, including delivering acceptable levels of performance variation, whilst the change is implemented and embedded.

Working with Implementation Lead you will complete the training needs analysis for the solution you are delivering, and ensuring effective training and communication. You will be responsible for delivery of Setup, go-live activities and go-live support for operation.
