Administrator & Receptionist

Leeds Based

Competitive salary up to £21,000

Full time position - 37.5 hours per week

Fixed term contract up to 12 months with the possibility of permanent work

We are looking to recruit an outgoing, professional, friendly and organised candidate to work a split role in a professional services office. You should be organised, confident and personable and have previous reception and administration experience.

Reception, The Role -

  • Ensuring reception is tidy, professional and welcoming always
  • Answer all incoming phone calls, including providing back up support for overflow calls
  • Open incoming post and arrange distribution
  • Management of outgoing post to ensure this is completed on a timely basis
  • Display a professional and friendly image when meeting/greeting visitors
  • Daily management of meeting room calendars, together with ensuring rooms are tidy and ready for use
  • Visitor hospitality
  • Management and maintenance of stationery stock

Administration, The Role -

  • Setting up new clients and contacts on practice management system
  • Preparing new client engagement packs and associated work once information received from clients
  • Completing lost client forms
  • Assisting with anti-money laundering checks for clients and managing records to ensure these checks are completed on an annual basis
  • Scan working papers and daily correspondence onto our practice management system

Key skills we are looking for -

  • Microsoft Skills - Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent communication both written and oral
  • Personable and professional
