Supervisor: Director of Retail Development EU | UK

Position description:

The Retail Development Account Manager will look after a portfolio of promising clients within the fashion, beauty and lifestyle verticals. The core responsibility is to develop strategies to optimise performance, secure budget and build relationships with these clients. This role will involve strong relationship building skills, creative problem solving, data analysis and sales competencies. There is opportunity for growth and potential to secure management positions.

Qualifications & Other Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing. Experience in an agency/network capacity is ideal.
  • Fluency in German is a bonus but not required!
  • Strong analytical skills & approach
  • Proven ability to negotiate & strong sales skills
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong communication skills ?
  • Team player attitude and proven ability to communicate and work with team members across business functions
  • Ideally demonstrated leadership responsibilities in previous role(s)
  • Quick learner?
  • BS, BA, or BBA ?
  • Proficiency with MS Office software Excel?& Keynote
  • Interest in fashion and influencers ?
