Job Description:

Had enough of shifts? Fed up of working nights? Don't want to sacrifice weekends anymore? Not getting enough time to see your family??

These guys will offer the right Electrical Maintenance Engineer the elusive Monday to Friday 9 - 5.

Do you want more variety at work? This Multi-Site role could be for you..

A chance to work in and cover their 5, very different production sites surrounding Rochdale will keep your days interesting too.

They'll listen and take your ideas on board. You'll be the Engineer they call for assisted Maintenance, Installation, routine testing & breakdowns.

You'll split your time between their 5 sites (all within 30 minutes of each other) with a salary of £34k, for Days, and you'll be back in time for tea each night!

Due to the increase in production, they're looking for an Experienced Maintenance Engineer to help hit production targets.

I know what you're thinking, what's the catch here? Well, there's a 1 in 5 call out rota, but that's it (and you get paid £59 + overtime each call out)

Also worth a mention:

25 Days Holiday

Expensed Mileage

Weekends off to socialise/spend time with family

Overtime available (time and a half and double time)

Healthcare scheme

They value a healthy work life balance, do you?

With some overtime available, you have the opportunity to bump up your salary, without burning yourself out working ridiculous hours.

What do we need from you I hear you ask?

You're going to need to be an Electrically biased Engineer, with experience in maintenance & installation (The ideal qualifications are: City & Guilds 236,2360, 2365 or 2330 Qualified). You will have worked within some form of industrial environment too.

You will look objectively at every side of an idea or situation to guarantee that all outcomes are thoroughly calculated before deciding on a suitable course of action. Planned Maintenance is important within this Engineering department- you won't be 'firefighting' the entire time.

Obviously, from time to time you will perform Reactive Maintenance, but you'll have a real chance at driving efficiency and improvement across the site.

If this sounds like your cup of tea, click apply and I'll give you a call
