Maintenance Delivery Scheduler

Location - Reading/Basingstoke area

Package - £26,500.00-£39,700.00 plus contributory pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement, additional flexible benefits scheme and excellent work/life balance including 9 day working fortnight.

You will be required to:

  • Enable improved scheduling of maintenance activities and facilitating solutions to potential conflicts such as resource, equipment, spares & plant availability providing an optimised maintenance schedule to the maintenance delivery
  • The production and delivery of a balanced, achievable and optimised maintenance schedule to the maintenance planner, including monitoring and reporting on all activities which could have an adverse effect on the successful delivery of the schedule.
  • Produce and analyse maintenance data from AMS to inform and present to the Planner and other identified stakeholders, of performance.
  • Responsible for making amendments to AMS as directed by the planner.
  • Responsible for attending / facilitating local area scheduling meetings to ensure de-confliction of the schedule providing a focal point for all service providers delivering maintenance for their area of responsibility.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Level 2 qualification or equivalent
  • Computer literate Inc. MS Office package
  • Planning and organising.
  • Facilitation and problem solving.
  • Using project control methodologies, tools and techniques.
  • Working in an engineering or maintenance environment.
  • Using asset management and planning systems
