Commercial Sales Manager - Security Fencing Systems

Job Title: Commercial Sales Manager - Fencing Systems

Industry Sector: Fencing, Security Solutions, Gates & Barriers, Composite Fencing, Security Fencing, Fencing Materials, Street Furniture, Hard Landscaping, Exterior Building Products, Contractors, Main Contractors, Sub Contactors, Fencing Contractors, End Users

Area to be covered: North of England Must be based: 1hr from Leeds

Remuneration: £30,000neg + circa 5% bonus

Benefits: VW Golf or equivalent + benefits package

The role of the Commercial Sales Manager - Fencing Systems will involve:

· Commercial sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of fencing systems, materials and security solutions

· All of your time will be spent selling to main contractors, sub-contractors and end users

· Majority of your time will be spent generating new business relationships for the new fencing range, however there is an existing client database for additional support

· You will be targeted first year on KPI's relating to the flow of orders brought in on commercial projects

· Contributing to a company turnover of circa £20m

· Typical projects would include: Schools, Colleges, Hospitals, Airports, Sports & Leisure

· Regularly report into Northern Contracts Manager and working along-side other internal sales staff

· Ensuring the CRM system is organised and updated

· Attending meetings at the head office when required

The ideal applicant will be Commercial Sales Manager - Fencing Systems with:

· Must have a demonstrable track record of sales within the fencing market sector

· Must have experience selling to main contractors, sub-contractors and end users

· Must have sold products such as: security fencing, security gates, barriers, bollards, handrails, fencing street furniture

· Commercially astute: appreciation for profit margins, presenting, communication and exceptional negotiation skills

· Ideally have transferable contacts within the fencing industry

· Must be a new business hunter

· Well presented, determined, analytical with genuine integrity

· excellent presentation and communication skills

· Computer applications and to think creatively, analytically and commercially are also highly desirable
