Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced SIMS Admin to join a Trafford School. This position for an soon as possible start and will be for the rest of the academic year with a possibility of securing a permanent position at the school.

To apply for this position you must have experience working with in a School previously and be confident using SIMS.

Responsibilities of the role are:

·Work on the schools SIMS.net system

·To arrange meetings, taking minutes as appropriate.

·Handling telephone calls with sensitivity and confidence, using initiative as required.

.To provide a full range of secretarial skills including typing, copying, recording, filing.

·Being responsible for ensuring the recording of attendance data and reasons for absence of pupils & staff.
