Job Description:

We have an exciting new opportunity working with a leading healthcare organisation based in the South East Coast.

They are looking to appoint a Clinical Governance Manager on an interim basis for 3months on a band 7.

The client would ideally like someone with a current or previous midwifery NMC registration, knowledge, and experience within this setting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that the improvement measures set out are continuously implemented and support the measures that are being put in place;
  • Must have extensive experience within Risk, Audit and Quality Governance;
  • Reviewing Sis, investigations into Sis, action planning and most importantly engaging the workforce in these action plans;
  • Report writing and setting deadlines/timescales.
Must have:
  • Extensive experience within Governance in the NHS;
  • Current or previous midwifery NMC registration, knowledge, and experience within this setting;
  • An understanding of the current issues relating to Governance within the NHS;
  • Excellenty communication and report writting skills.
