Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Days
Pen Mill Trading Estate
Up to £34,000 + OT
REF: DREL ENG P

The role:

The primary role of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer is to identify and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations. Providing Continuous improvement, Pre planned and Reactive Maintenance activities.
This role is over a semi-automated site, on a day to day basis there will be a requirement for control panel diagnosis and corrective actions.

Industry: Precision Industrial Engineering Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

· Support the Engineering Manager to deliver the engineering strategy that will develop and drive reliability, improve quality, Safety and asset utilisation.

· Participating and leading investigation and improvement of processes, product and quality related issues.

· Support the Engineering Manager to Implement & deliver the engineering strategy that will develop and drive reliability, improve quality, Safety and asset utilisation

· Supports the implementation of a PPM system that improves asset reliability and better utilises engineering resources

Qualifications Skills Required

· Multi skilled Electrical Maintenance Manufacturing Background

· Recognised Engineering Degree, Apprenticeship HND/HNC or equivalent

· Must Have ! Demonstrable experience within, PLC interrogation, Servo Drives, Three Phase Motors, 415 V

· Maintenance engineering experience in a manufacturing or process environment

· Project experience within multi-disciplinary teams advantageous

· PPM and reactive Maintenance
