Role: Receptionist

Location: Central London

Salary: £26,000

An EXCITING new opportunity has become available working on a fantastic residential project in Central London. My client is looking for an ambitious and professional Front of House Receptionist to be the face of their company. Main responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors, managing the sign in register
  • Managing meeting rooms and the board room
  • Arranging catering and procurement for canteen requirements
  • Liasing with security and managing the site access for all visitors
  • Ideally Fire Marshall trained - However training can be arrange if necessary
  • Binding and printing documents, presentations, reports
  • Issuing and monitoring parking permits
  • Looking after the Reception area and ensuring it is clean and tidy at all times

The person:

  • Must be experienced and confident on all microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Have at least 2 years' experience as a front of house Recepetionist
  • Good organisational skills, including attention to detail and determination to see things through
  • Team player with can do and positive, confident attitude
  • Willing to learn, be flexible and get involved with a wide range of tasks
  • Pro-active and ability to work on own initiative and generate solutions
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written
