Job Description:

First Achieve Engineering are working in partnership with one of the UK's Largest Food Manufacturing companies, who pride themselves on still being a family run business.

Due to an exceptional increase in orders & aspirations of what is to come combined with £40 Million of investment, they are looking to bolster their current Engineering Team with Multiple Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to work in their state-of-the-art Facility in North Lanarkshire.

Package on Offer.

Circa £37,000 Salary
Shift Allowance, dependent on what shift you're on
Over-Time, Paid at Enhanced Rates
Various Shift Patterns on Offer
Company Pension
Permanent Position, with Future Prospects for Development & Progression

Role and Responsibilities.

Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance on a variety of food processing equipment
Adhere to PPM Schedule & also complete reactive maintenance, as and when required
Adherence to Planned Maintenance Schedules through effective Resource Planning
Develop Maintenance Improvement Techniques & business improvement techniques
Ensure the Maintenance Workshops are maintained and operated to a High Standard

Qualifications & Experience.

Minimum of 5 Years' Experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, with at least 2 years within a Food Manufacturing Environment.
Time-Served Maintenance Engineer, preferably electrical bias
Good Understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation
