Part Time Office Administrator

25-30 hours per week

£10-£11 per hour

Busy, growing and expanding manufacturing company based in Thetford

Main Duties:

Maintain insurance, MOT, servicing & repair of all vehicles
Handles public liability documents
Handles all Engineering updates (technical bulletins) and distributes to the Engineers
Books all training courses and hotel requirements for Engineers
Handle all warranty claims liaise with purchasing and service co-ordinator as to when the Engineer can go back to site to complete the work
Handles all purchase invoices and inputs onto SAGE and then filed
Credit card receipts / credit card statement
Dealing with all online customer systems for posting invoices and receiving PO's
Essential Skills:

Excellent numerate skills
Attention to detail
Customer service experience
Excellent Excel Word and Outlook
Knowledge of Sage Line 50 Professional an advantage
Full driving licence
